Tommy is magical. You can find a great clip of him on electric from the late 80s/early 90s and he tears it up! Just search for "Tommy Emmanuel electric" and it pops right up. That "Strat" JEM is amazing-looking, too. I wish Ibanez would have released that puppy when I saw a pic of it like 20 years ago. I think this is the only video of it being played I've ever seen.

My fiancee is a long time guitar player. He just happened to come across Tommy Emmanuel about 6 mos. ago on public TV. Never heard of him before, but was just mesmerized with his talent. Talked to a fellow guitar player and found out Tommy would be performing nearby on May 15th, which was last night. Tickets were more than reasonable, and WE WERE BLOWN AWAY! Need I say more?
